Space your Bar Counter to Boost Beer Sales with epos for bar

The counter is an important place in bar where your permanent bar taps will be. The best position in your bar and can offer labels for prime marketing positions. It is a best position to advertise, so you can sell this place to local breweries and micro breweries. You will be paid for marketing their beer and organize the branding and specials. Some will provide you with chillers to place over the top of your epos for bar counter. The more space you have for advertisement, the more additional revenue you will get.

It makes easy for people to move around your space if you have a well spaced bar. It is also easy for your barman to take orders and follow through with serving your patrons.
If there are too many taps cluttering the counter, it will create a problem to serve the customers. To avoid this place taps behind your epos for bar. This will leave less room for large advertisements on your wall space. An additional space for advertisements on the front of your bar. However, prime position is always counter service taps, so keep that available for craft beers.
Things you need to consider while building your bar counter
·         With how many taps you want to start a bar?
·         How many taps you want to increase in future?
·         Are your suppliers providing with chillers? If yes, what are the sizes and how much space you require and for how many?
·         Keg tubes feed into the chiller where beer is cooled to a lower temperature than normally to that of your chilling room
·         Avoid too many taps and not enough space for your patrons
·         Leave room for suppliers approaching you to have their labels on the taps as well.
For smaller bars place kegs under the counter
·         Some brewers with their branding will give you a chiller with enough space. Every keg has a tap in the chiller. At least 30 cm space should be there between tap and chiller.
·         If your chiller is underneath the bar then the taps can be next to each other on top.

Large bar taps are behind the bar and are behind the bar with a large chilling room directly.
